Valid Reasons for Chargebacks
Chargebacks should only be filed for legitimate cases such as:
- Orders that were never delivered and confirmed lost by the carrier (reach out and you will be helped with a refund)
- Duplicate charges
Invalid Chargebacks
Chargebacks will be disputed if they are filed for the following reasons:
- Failure to read product descriptions, sizing charts, or policies
- Delays related to pre-order production timelines
- Buyer’s remorse or accidental purchases
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
- Violation of our Pre-Order, Return, or Cancellation Policies
Evidence & Disputes
We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback by providing:
- Order confirmation
- Shipping confirmation and tracking information
- Delivery confirmation
- Our stated store policies agreed to at checkout
Customers who file chargebacks without contacting us first may be restricted from future purchases.
Resolution
Once a chargeback is initiated, the order will be placed on hold, and customer support will no longer be able to process refunds or replacements until the dispute is resolved.
