Valid Reasons for Chargebacks

 

Chargebacks should only be filed for legitimate cases such as:

  • Orders that were never delivered and confirmed lost by the carrier (reach out and you will be helped with a refund)
  • Duplicate charges

 

Invalid Chargebacks

Chargebacks will be disputed if they are filed for the following reasons:

  • Failure to read product descriptions, sizing charts, or policies
  • Delays related to pre-order production timelines
  • Buyer’s remorse or accidental purchases
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Violation of our Pre-Order, Return, or Cancellation Policies

 

Evidence & Disputes

We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback by providing:

  • Order confirmation
  • Shipping confirmation and tracking information
  • Delivery confirmation
  • Our stated store policies agreed to at checkout



Customers who file chargebacks without contacting us first may be restricted from future purchases.

Resolution

Once a chargeback is initiated, the order will be placed on hold, and customer support will no longer be able to process refunds or replacements until the dispute is resolved.
