- Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders placed after business hours will begin processing the next business day.
- Business Hours: Our business hours are 9 AM – 4 PM PST (Monday – Friday). Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next business day.
- Business Days: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and weekends. Orders will not be processed or shipped on these days.
- Duties & Taxes: Any pre-paid duties and taxes collected at checkout cover applicable import fees required by your country. Customers are responsible for verifying these charges before purchasing. Additional customs fees may apply, depending on the destination country.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot modify addresses after purchase and are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for such cases.

- Pre-order items are not currently in stock but are available for purchase in advance. These items are produced or prepared specifically based on demand.
Processing & Shipping
- Pre-order items will ship within 1–3 weeks from the date of purchase.
- Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, holidays, or carrier delays.
- If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may ship together unless otherwise stated.
Payment
- Full payment is required at the time the pre-order is placed.
- Orders will not be processed without confirmed payment.
Cancellations & Changes
- Pre-orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed, as items are produced specifically for your order.
Returns & Exchanges
- Pre-order items are final sale, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
- If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Updates
- Customers will receive email notifications once their order ships.
- If there are any significant delays, we will notify you promptly.
